I moved to Edgewater from out of state in Sept. 04'. I had to do all my move in deposit and application paper work via phone, fax and mail. It is not easy not knowing what your apartment is going to look like, but the office staff made me feel comfortable and confident about my choice and upon arrival my aparmtent was everything I expected (very nice, spacious with nice water view). In addition to the outside grounds, it is very well kept . Also, I got my first months rent free. I will have to admit my was broken into and some of my CDS and lose change was taken, but nothing since.
