This is absoulty the worst apartments ever!!!!! I have lived here for almost 10 months and they have been hell I was 5 months pregnant and my car got broken into and they had no response when i asked where the security was. not more then 2 months later (7 months pregnant) my car was stolen and burned they said that is too bad but it happens in ever apartment not any I have lived in. Shortly after my car was stolen we had an extreme case of rat infestation. We I would tell them I heard rats in my wall they would laugh at me and then the maintenance guy told me there was nothing they could do that they were in the walls an couldn't come out. I had a friend that lived here during that and they were always running wild inside of his apartment and eating his cloths and food he asked to have his things that were ruined payed for and they told him they couldn't do that all though it was thier fault. when i was 9 months pregnant a rat got inside of my apartment and I flipped out and stated crying they laughed at me and made me wait outside in the cold for an hour and a half before they came to get it out of my apartment then when they finally showed up they tried every excuse to make it my fault there was rats. Not more then a month ago my boyfriend walked in the office in the middle of the day and cought one of our office staff having sex in the kitchen of our office (march of 2006). since he has cought here they have been trying to evicate us. I could go on all week about how horrible these apartments are but I think this help anyone lookin to move in here . Its not a good idea!!!!!

You are my close neighbor and I know what friend you are talking about and in my opinion he is a slob and couldn't pay his rent. Dude had notices on his door constantly. There was Garbage, dirty clothes and dishes inside his apartment when I went up there to ask if they could turn their music down. As if you couldn't tell from the outside. The boy had garbage stacked up outside his front door ALWAYS. AND car break-ins do happen every where. Your in CITRUS HEIGHTS/SACRAMENTO girly-girl!!!!! But thanks for your oipinion Ja...

I have lived here for 6 months and the security is horrible! The gates don't close at night! I have caught teenagers smoking pot on more than one occasion. People come in and use the pools that dont live here. There are always ants! The ducks are nice!
