This apartment complex is horrible. I have lived here for 2 and a half years and have never had a good experience when it comes to getting the management to help with a problem. I had all of my clothes stolen from out of the washing machines right after I put them in, but the management didn't seem to care. When the washers/dryers break, they tell YOU (the resident)to call the company and tell them. I had my car broken into twice in covered parking. Again, the management said it happens everywhere. My bathroom ceiling started caving in and leaking from upstairs, and when I finally got maintenance to come look at it (on a Friday)they said they would be back on Monday to fix it. 4 months later they still hadn't come back. I called to complain and and they said they would be out the same week to fix it. 3 weeks later they entered my apartment without notice while I was at work and cut a large hole in the ceiling, exposing the plumbing and leaving a huge mess all over my bathroom and everything in it. The hole was there for 2 more months before we finally called and yelled at them to come fix it. When we told them we had taken pictures they finally sent someone the next day. My apartment also flooded during the big rain storm recently and there was mold on the wall. The maintenance guy said it was "no big deal" and that it ws just like the mold that you get in your bathroom. Yeah, but you can CLEAN the mold in your bathroom. My advice to anyone looking to rent here is DONT! You will be sorry if you do. Not to mention the constant police helicopter noise and the girl who was raped in her own apartment recently. This place is not safe! I can't wait to get out!
