I've lived here for 8 years, and am confused by these reviews. I have two good friends who live in my building, and all three of us enjoy it here. The decks looking over the water are great, we sit outside and enjoy the view almost every day. The other neighbors in my area seem nice enough, and I've never had any major problems here. I'll probably stay here until I move into a retirement community.

You sit outside and enjoy the view almost everyday because you work there. This place is a $&!) hole!!!
