Within the first month here my husband's car was broken into twice in one week. We caught the ------- in the process of shattering the window, but because there are no gates and five ways to enter/exit he got away. The cops who we filed the report to even told us to get out of here with all the crimes they come to report just at this one complex. Had to call the cops for witnessing a car break in and later for fights that take place all the time. Air conditioner and washing machine leak when they are used "Maintenance" comes and turns up the thermostat and unhooks the hot water pipe. Yeah that sure does fix the problem. Construction has been going on since we moved in last summer, yet I see no improvement besides decks and patios that you have to keep in new condition or you pay for damages. Water gets turned off frequently without warning. Homeless and shady characters walk around the parking lots at night. You can hear the homeless going through the dumpsters looking for recyclables and personal information. Didn't let latex paint dry on doors and cupboards so many were stuck to the frame and any grazing across them the paint chips off. Bedroom and bathroom doors wont shut completely and the front door has a broken handle which they say "we" can go out and replace if it bugs us. All in all a really crappy place that they are trying to fix up the exterior with some lousy vinyl siding and porches you cant use.
