We lived at Edgewater for several years and never had a positive interaction with the management. We would wait days or even months to have our repair requests completed. I was without a dishwasher for months on end. I was told, "just do them by hand." I feel that was absolutly an imappropriate comment. During our stay there was a sexual assault in the facility. I was personally told my an employee at that thime that it was the victom's fault and that she was just lying to get attention. WOW There are minimal, at bes,t lights on at night which makes it very scary to walk from your car to your apartment. Assigned parking spots are across the property versus being somewhat close to where you live. The neighbor above me were constantly dropping cigarette butts on my wood patio but after speaking to management "5" times, all that was done was to write then a letter asking then to "be careful when smoking." Cars were stolen and/or broken into on an almost nightly basis. With the lack of security, if you are a single woman or female with children be extremely cautious of this facility!! During our stay we had both a vehicle stolen and the other broken into numerous times. At one point enough is enough.

We are a middle class family who has NEVER been evicted nor not paid our bills. I am sure there are tenants who have not experience the same things we did, but my need to enter this statement is to make sure before people move to this complex do their homework FIRST. GOOD LUCK !!
