I lived at the Foxborough for almost a year. I do hold some fond memories of the location, we had a good parking spot and the air conditioning was cold during the summer months of Sacramento. Although, there were some really annoying problems with this complex.

The most annoying was the pest problem. My wife and I would come home each day to find a huge trail of ants into our kitchen. We would leave no food out, yet still they would be attacking our home. There was nothing we could do to alleviate this problem, and the complex pest control couldn't get a handle on the problem. Although, on a positive note, the complex did have the use of a pest control company that did come quickly.

The second problem was the strange odor. I still can't put my finger on it, but it seemed to come through the walls and had a slight acrid smell to it. Meth cooker for a neighbor' Maybe..

On the whole, this complex isn't that bad for a first time rental. The place stays cool well during the hot summer months.
