I have lived here for just about a year and am sad that I must move. The management has been very nice. As for dealing with complaints I had none so I can't say for sure, but the maintence man is friendly and is always working on somthing. The price is a little high but you get a washer and dryer in each apartment, plus dish washer. My only complaint was when I moved in the apartment shower floor did not looked to be cleaned, but since I clean those things before moving in any it was not a big deal.
The neighbors are all nice with good mix of young and old.
