If it isn't someone parking in your space, it is someone's dog crapping in front of your place. Good news is the management blames you and you get to pick up someone's crap for them.
They want you to move in and then try to find ways to get you to move out.
My recommendations: Find any other place to move, your hard earned monies are better spent.
