Don't live here, its just that simple. Been here for 2 years will start the list.

No parking-oe spot for you(usually taken by someone else) no visitor parking so they just use firelanes at night.

Thin walls-0i can hear the pople upstairs walking the neighbors playin drums, when anyone does laundry and the other neighbor snore.

The mgmt. They just dont care, will say anything to get u out of their office making it so they have to do some real work. Hell my apr hasint even had the insides fixed from the construction from last year, reported it twice to them.

expsensive-0alot better for the price we pay, layouts are a real waste of space too

only posatives are waser and dryer in unit and nice handyman

I agree wih this guy place sucks it up a major fat one, Im not even sure who the manager is anymore thank godits not rosa though(devil she is the devil)
