I have been living at Foxborough for almost a year and I love it! I am currently in a 2x2 cottage and rarely ever hear my neighbors or even feel as though I have any. First of all the location is prime. I looked in Roseville and considering it is on the edge of Roseville, but in Citrus Heights it was perfect! Roseville was going to cost me the same rent for a 1 bed apt versus a 2x2 cottage I was immediately sold! Kitchens are a great size, Floor Plan is very open, and bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment which is great in roommate situations. Maintenance is awesome very attentive. A couple years ago I worked as a leasing consultant for different apartment communites, so I have a good idea what to look for when hunting for apartments.
The management is awesome! Angie has always gone above and beyond whenever I have needed her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these apartments! They are very spacious and from my experience other residents and staff are very friendly.

FYI FOR ALL APARTMENT RENTERS who do not know already:
It is important to keep in mind that every apartment community has car burglaries it happens EVERYWHERE its unfortunate, but true! I have had my car stolen and broken into at previous apartment communities that I had lived in, but as soon as I got an alarm it never happened again. Just a helpful hint for whatever apartment community anyone does decide to live in at least in CA get an alarm and never keep valuables in your car if possible. Its always better to be safe then sorry. I am glad to say that I have never had my car stolen or broken into at Foxborough, which of coarse is always a great thing! :)
