Cheap- ok for young single folk

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
 
It was really close to I-80 and the rent was low. The grounds are nice for the area. The neighbor hood is not very good and the complex is not gated but the units are nicely kept and look brand new. The manager was very nice and residents were civilized in the laundry room. There was no gym and the pool was not so hot but it was a good value.
