I've lived in Foxwood for a year now and enjoyed it the first couple of months, but do not get fooled! It appears to be beautiful and elegant! However, it's far from. Here are my major concerns:
-drug deals and arguments stemming from drugs right outside my apt. (VERY scary for a single female)
-crazy "neighbor" saying to let him in and when I look through the peek hole he tells me he sees me then covers up the peek hole! (ANOTHER very scary time!)
-The apt above had a bathtub leak that fell from the light in my bathroom. My bathroom flooded twice! The damn maintenence people didn't believe me!!! When finally they tore the ceiling apart and saw it was really leaking! It took them a month to fix the whole thing!! Additionally, they were very rude!! And they messed up my bathroom, leaving that crappy plaster everywhere, not cleaning it up. Also messed my light up for good, it's not worth calling them again.
-gates never work--not safe at all
-the hot tub hasn't worked since I've been there!!
-There are no TVs in the fitness center, so that sucks!
-There are ANTS and earwigs everywhere!!!! They won't do anything about them and it's absolutely digusting!!
-Very overpriced for the crap you get when you live there!
-$75 charge if you're late one day on your rent!
-You can hear everything from the people above and below you! I can hear word for word if someone is talking on the phone
-NOISY! There are so many dumb--- people who drive their loud muffler cars at all hours of the night! TONS of loud motorcycles/bikes who intentionally rev their engines to make it so loud and race throughout the complex. I couldn't sleep the first entire month, until I got used to it.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

I don't know where this person lived but it certainly was not Foxwood Apts in Citrus Heights. I have lived here for 2 years now and it is nothing like what she is talking about. We have a laundry room but DO NOT have gates. Since we do not have an exercise room there is no need for a tv. Our hot tub has been working the whole time I have been here, even in the winter time.. Our late fee is not $75 nor is late fee due the day after rent is due. There has been only one motorcycle in our complex for a short time. She also says she can hear people above and below her. The buildings are only two story not three. This is a small complex where everybody knows everybody else.

yes most of that has happen... so it may not all be correct but i dose happen stupid people
