This place not only has excellent grounds, but both the management and maintenance people are very helpful in all aspects. I had a few problems that occured with my apartment, for example a water leak, and they were there that very day to fix the problem. I have read some of the reviews that have been left by some past tenants and they are ridiculous. If your looking for a nice quiet place to live, this should be your first and last choice.

How can you give parking a perfect score?? Also, with all the breakins, how is safety perfect?? Are you part of the management staff??
