Office personnel are mindless drones.
Occupants are trash.
Ratio of courteous occupants to trash is horrible at best. There are some nice proffesionals here in this complex somewhere (it?s huge), but they are far and few between.


I can?t remember the gate ever working.


Your vehicle will be vandalized - only once if you are lucky. Ours has been vandalized twice, so far.


We rarely sleep because pool hours and rules mean nothing to these people. Not to mention the downstairs neighbor that argues with her boyfriend on the phone on the patio at 3 am while blowing smoke up into our apartment. Actually, that is our good neighbor!


Security is hit and miss. They often don?t show up or show up in about 90 minutes.


People are working on their cars at all hours of the night...old belts screaming.


There are horns honking, car alarms and stereos blaring at all hours.


There are unsupervised children everywhere.


Can I say anything positive about this place' Yes, I think the grounds are beautiful, but don?t be fooled!


"Luxury" apartments' I don?t think so!
