Parking Nightmare

I was impressed with the grounds of this complex, they were well maintained and clean. It was rather sad, however, that the only availible parking was on the landscaped grounds. The apartments say they allow for 2 cars per apartment, yet come 5:05 PM, every uncovered spot is filled. In order to park in the complex, you must drive up over a curb onto the landscape yards (not very presentable to guests). The apartments themselves are cramped and dark. During our 6-mo stay, there were several breakins, despite the sole gated entrance and the hundreds of speed bumps. :(

I agree that parking isn't the greatest, but I have not found a complex in 8 years of renting that hasn't had similar parking issues. I solved it by renting a garage, the best $50 I've spent!

I believe you are being too kind. I agree that there are parking problems everywhere, but look around. Should tenants be forced to park on the landscape? I all of the years that I have rented, I have never been forced to resort to that. I they wish that the landscape be used for parking, why not make it parking?
