MY GRADMOTHER WORKS FOR A LADY IN THE APARTMENTS WHO HAS A HANDICAP,SO MY GRANDMOTHER PARKS IN THE HANDICAP PARKING,WELL SHE FORGOT TO PUT UP THE CARD IN THE WINDOW LAST NIGHT 9-4-06 WHEN SHE COMES OUT TO LEAVE 9-5-06 AT 7:AM HER CAR IS GONE....SO DO THEY NOT FIRST GIVE U A PARKING TICKET BEFORE TOWING' BECAUSE I ALWAYS THOUGHT U'D GET AT LEAST A WARNING OR TICKET FIRST.SHE HAS BEEN WORKING FOR THIS LADY FOR AT LEAST A YEAR AND THIS HAS NEVER HAPPEN BEFORE, AT LEAST NOT TO HER.

Actually because its stated in the lease for all cars to have a handicap tag present to park in the designated areas legally it can be towed without notice!!! hint... handicap tag should have been displayed because without this display the car is illegally parked!!!!

Actually, no he isn't. Since it is an apartment complex, an area where people reside, property management can have your car towed. It's only in public areas (the grocery store, restaurants, etc) in which you will receive a ticket. The tag needed to be displayed.
