Looks can be deceiving. Parking woes and management "no's"

I've lived here for a good 5 years and have never seen worse management. The staff rotates frequently and are all 18 year old girls with no experience or care for the tenants. The grass is maintained and trash is collected, but that's about the only good thing here. Nothing gets repaired. I complained about mold and they came in and spray painted over it. The weight room is broken and will eventually have over 200 lbs come crashing down on a child as the support has been broken for months. (The weights are literally balancing on top of each other) There is no parking. Most people have started to drive over the cement islands and/or park on the dirt. Front gate is always broken. Always, always broken. Works one day a month, then is rammed open. Security is a joke. Called once about a loud argument and they told me to call the police instead. In another instance, when security happened upon a late night party, he ended up making out with a drunk girl at the party instead of calming it down. Apartments have also flooded in the rainy season as they are near a river with no banks. Schoolchildren that take a bus beware, they have to walk down Devecchi road (Which is barely wide enough for two cars and has no sidewalks or street lights) and wait for the bus on Auburn Blvd. Kids are rowdy, throw rocks and acorns and curse people walking by. Again, management and security a joke. Leaving as soon as I am able.

Just out of curiosity, why did you keep renewing your lease if the living experience was so awful? Why not move the first chance you had?

Even more curious, why do you even care? Are you the other anonymous poster who has been questioning everyone elses bad experiences at this joke of an apartment complex? Personally, you sound like a member of the belittling and unprofessional staff that work here. This is a place to keep others from making living arrangements in a location that threatens the safety and security of themselves, their children or their property. I am not financially able to move or I would in a heartbeat. Didn't you get/send the fliers that management put on everyones door that explained how expensive it is to move out instead of staying? That was a perfect picture example of what this place treats you like.
