I lived in these apartments for exactly ONE MONTH. It was the first place I'd ever rented and because of the idiotic way they run things I will have bad renters history for 7 years. They never assigned us parking and we asked them every week and they said they were "working on it" so we had to park in the unassigned spots which were very far from our apartment. And if we got home any later than 5pm forget parking at ALL!! Not to mention the building area we were in always had creepy older men outside all hours of the day and night trying to talk to us. Also the building outside lights were always out which made 2 girls living alone very scary especially with all the creeps around. ALSO when trying to get out of my lease they said I couldn't buy out of it and I would have to continue to pay until they found a new resident. That was 2 months ago and they still haven't rented it out. Also they had left a notice on our door saying our lease would be terminated. We figured it was our way out only to find out they didn't really mean that. I explained to them I couldn't live with my roommate who was threatening me and my cat but they don't really care about awful situations as long as the 18 year old staff gets paid. The management has no clue what they're doing and talk down to you every chance they get. Not to mention the almost $100 cleaning bill when we left even though that place looked BETTER after I spent 48 hours cleaning it then it did when we first moved in. Also after I moved they have no problem sending me they're bill but any other mail that was sent to them in my name (such as my W2) they say they never received only to find out from my work that it was returned FROM THEM. My overall advice DON'T MOVE IN HERE!! Unless you want to be talked down to, never have parking, get hit on my disgusting 60 year old men and fight for what you really owe after you just can't take it anymore and HAVE to leave.

Wow uprightcitizenx don't gotta be a little ----- about it all. This girl obviously is new to renting and didnt know what was going on. But damn why you being so effing harsh? Oh and btw you dont get 7 years bad rental history they are liars on that account just an fyi. Idiot. So before you starting taking ---- out on PEOPLE just review the APARTMENT. like your supposed to.
