just like the other person said.i think the same women that was being beat when she was pregnant still lives here and the cops are constantly called for them. there is a bar (not so nice) right out front. The people are unclean, the kids are uncontrolled and loud, there are drug deals going on all the time (a kid found a needle and drank the blood once and it was not pretty), the managers suck (there have been three since i have lived here which is less than a year and nothing gets taken care of), oh and definetely find out how much your neighbors are paying compared to you (they will try to make you pay as much as you are willing while everyone else is $200 less.

They do not pay any attention to you, the property, or anything. the laundry facility sucks and is expensive. The parking lot is constantly crowded and people often park in two spots for lord knows why with just one car. also any problems with theft, accidents, or any such things will be hard to handle given the shady residents. ITS NEXT TO A TRASHY BAR does that say much to you' oh and a liquor store right across from that! but they are nice about the nicest thing in this area!

and if you have kids...ruuuuuuun! or soon they will hook up with the wrong crowd and become little hoodlums!

I love living at Mariposa Oaks, our manager is great and when you need something, the management company always comes out to fix it...there are definitely no hoodlums running around!
