The worst rental experience of my life....

I've lived in many apartment complexes in Northern CA, and I must say that the staff at the Oaks at Stock Ranch epitomize the word "incompetent" in every way possible.
Parking is a nightmare as they planned on more than half of the tennants renting garages in order to park their cars, so there is only enough covered parking for approx. half of the apartments. Therefore, most people must park in uncovered parking. The only place to park a second car is in a uncovered, un numbered space (and there are only about a dozen of those in the whole complex)
The groundskeepers can't figure out how to fix sprinklers, the maintenance people can't figure out how to fix the air conditioning systems and complaints go unanswered for months and months.
While I lived there, the management changed and I had hopes that things might improve. Alas, they did not. Of the 3 people that work in the office, I can honestly say that none of them are competent and they cannot even manage to communicate with each other, much less their tennants.
Don't move here... Avoid it at all costs.... This is the same group that also manages Huntington Square right next door, so I'd avoid them too.
