Half -Way House Apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   If your an ex-con looking for a break, move here. We have juvenile delinquents, pedofiles and the parking lot attracts cleptomaniacs and vandels. I really enjoy the looks of the apartment and some of the neighbors are friendly. The staff is nice too. They just lack the ability to protect the residents. 1) There is a large creek area in the back providing easy discreet access and there is not enough lighting. A security gate is sorely needed to keep non-residents out. 2) Parking is a nightmare most visitors can't read ENGLISH and park in RESERVED parking spaces. This could be solved by consistent enforcement and towing.
