I really have to say when I first moved in it was soooo quiet and all adults (30 ) living here. There was two managers and the bad one was fired and now there is just the good one left (Lori). The price is so affordable for a utilities included furnished or unfurnished apartment. The only problem is now there are a bunch of twentysomethings who moved in and they brought their booming car stereos with them. Maintenance is slow. The parking is horrendous...you get one spot and there is very limited guest parking. You will get towed if you park along a fence inside the gate.
