I'm a former resident of Olive Grove Suites, and have seen ups and downs. The rent is cheap so of course it can and does attracts the wrong kind of crowd. I've seen drug busts on several occasions within my 6 month stay. The apartment mgr doesn't seem to care who she is renting too. In a one bedroom apartment there should be no more than 3 People living in the unit. Well you will see a mother and 5 kids living in a one bedroom. This is very common at Olive Grove. Walls are very thin; and it easy to hear your neighbor. There is however a stable group of people that have been living here; though it is the young crowd that makes this apartment complex have a bad rap. The parking is crazy. There is just not enough space for anyone. Most people live in the units with more than 3 people. I would say... stay far far away from Olive Grove Suites. The managment is bad, the mainentance is non-existent, and the people (the majority) are bad seeds. Also, anyone can rent here. That why so many lossers are there. Now I'm not saying that everyone is junky there; I'm just saying that if you want to live in a safe & respectable enviornment you want to stay away from Olive Grove. I hope I can help someone make the decision to not move in.
