These apartments are filled with drug dealers, prostitutes/strippers, gang bangers and low class people. This is not a safe place to live. These apartments are way below average. No one at this apartment has a real job; and most live off the government. I'm a former tenant, and thought that utilities included & cable was a dream come true; until I realized that I was living among a bunch of riff rat. Just one look at these apartments says it all. If you have any respect for yourself, you won't want to live at this dump. The police are constantly at these apartments. They call it a "hot spot"; and are called so much they just take their sweet time in coming over. The apartment management is aware of the drugs, prostitution/stripping (occurring in the apartments) that she just looks the other way. It all about the bottom line. No background checks are done; virtually anyone can live at Olive Grove Suites. If you want to live in a safe enviornment & respectable environment Olive Grove is not for you.
