Parking is horrible. People don t respect each other. Lots of drug activity. I lived here for 1 year, and it was a nightmare. Walls are so thin that you can here absolutely everything that is going on with your neighbor. Walls are so thin that you can hear a sneeze, cough, and people talking. What got to me the most were the noise and the people. I never lived at a place where neighbors were so rude; and had an every man for himself attitude . Most of the people here are stuck here. They are all on fixed incomes. Majority are just poor. There is nothing wrong with being poor. However poor and mean is not a good combination. Noise is a huge issue here. It doesn t matter if you have to get up and go to work the next day. People just don t care. The majority of people here are criminals, as every other apartment in the area does checks on residents; Not here! You can just tell when someone is bad news; and there are plenty here. Cars get broken in to all the time. It s nothing new. The apartments are disgusting, and extremely small. The apartment was a former motel; so they only offer 1 bedroom s. I would highly NOT recommend these apartments on my worst enemy.
