In response to the reviews below, it is NOT that bad AT ALL!!! They must have been upset and decided to write a review on the property(displaced aggression). I have been here for 5 years and love the place. There is a diverse population and everyone respects eachother. The grounds are well maintained and have beautiful plants. If there are any problems they are delt with thoroughly and as quikly as possible. The staff is great and genuinly cares about the tenants in a fair manner. The community room is comfortable and has a nice little workout space with a TV you can watch while you are in there along with wireless internet access in the computer room. The laundry room has nice front loading washers and dryers that I LOVE! There are some people with small dogs and I never see and evidence of it, they are responsible and pick up after their pets. My area is very quiet and I never have any problems from my neighbors. I recommended this place to one of my best friends and she moved in about 3 years ago and she still loves it! Don't always believe the bad reviews of a place, especially since 4 were written on the same day probably from the same disgruntled person. I looked at about 4 other properties before I chose this one. you have to see it to really make a decision. This is a great place for a 1 bedroom and with all the utolities included you really can't beat that! I just pay for my rent then my phone, and I'm done! I'm happy and not moving anytime soon....
