Has it's Problems but also has it's advantages

First of all, I have lived here nearly 3 years.
Well, I do have to agree with the need to follow up with Office Staff. They do not tend to call you back.
There HAVE been problems with drugs in the complex inside the gates (I live outside in the studios) but they instituted a Neighborhood Watch program and have been proactive about this.
Parking can be an issue (people parking in other's spaces ) but renters do have the number to the tow company nearby who will tow (usually people move before it becomes a problem)
I tend to keep to myself but people seem to be very friendly here. I have had NO problem with crime in the nearly 3 years I have been here. The worst issue has been the parking problem but that has been addressed by the Management.
Cable and utilities included are a REAL plus!
People's mileage may vary but I like my apartment.
