They are expensive and horrible when you leave (Forget about your security deposite return)

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
I have live there for a year. It is good place to live. But, you can find nice places for cheap rent very close to this property. Consider followings,
1. Normally all appartments pays water.sewer bill, these guys never pay that. It will cost more than 50$ for month if yoy use limitted water.
2. When you leave, they will reduct all of your deposite.
I do not recommend this property to renters.
