These apartments look great from the outside, and are well hidden from the main street HOWEVER, once inside the apartments (excluding the models of course) it is a different story! The office staff, while friendly, is totally disorganized. When I moved in to my apartment it seemed the roof of our deck was falling in on us and it took 3 weeks for them to "fix" the problem. We then had an enormous amount of bugs around our front door and back patio which we have to make weekly phone calls to have the pest control come out for. Seems they cannot have an open work order to spray weekly which is a hassle for us to call weekly!! A few months ago, our hot water went out- while the maintenance staff was prompt to respond, we found that the water heater from the apartment upstairs had ROTTED out and leaked through and flooded ours. Our options at that point were to either use the shower in the POOL area or the model's shower but it had to be at that time (11pm).....
Overall they are not the worst I've seen, but I believe they think a lot higher of their place than they should!
