Wouldn't refer someone I cared about here

Very old appliances. Our first time using the dryer the whole bedroom was full of condensation because the hose had a huge hole in it. Maintenance "fixed" it with duct tape. Still doesn't work all that great. The microwave keeps dying and has no power to cook. Water heater is SSOOO Old and needs to be replaced along with everything else in the apartment. Single pane windows. Not a very efficient and sound building.
Had mold in wall separating wall between bedroom and living room, had to stay in model home for 4 days to clear out the mold.
The upstairs neighbor keeps us up all night by running her water every 5 minuets turns it off and does it again.
Many times my husband called the cops on people cause management is never around when there is a problem.
Kids are not supervised and I have seen some little snots snooping around cars in the parking lot.
Both mine and my husbands cars have been victim of hit and run in the parking lot.
We have had our parking spot taken by other cars many times. I have been late to work many times because cars are parked illegally and are blocking entry or exit to assigned parking spots. Gates are usually broken and cars come and go against flow of traffic. Right behind a bar, many patrons try to get into parking lot for parking while they party.
*For how much you pay there isn't anything luxurious about this dump.
