I agree with another reviewer, this place has gone downhill. I lived there 2.5 years, and they were starting to rent to some trashy people. I am not a snob either, but my 97 Camry got keyed in the middle of the day, and they let people keep their balconies trash looking. The tenants below me had a large flowerpot for an ashtray, right by my stairs, and the management wouldn't ask them to empty it (it was overflowing, like a "bloomin onion" at Outback steak house). My bedroom wall obviously wasn't water-proof, during hard rains it would be moist and get mildew. Rents kept going up, they should give tenants who are good people a freeze on the rental rates IMO. Instead, the good people move out. "Luxury" is a joke. The speed bumps are horrible, you have to drive 0.2 MPH or else they will bang against your car's frame. One last point- I had a second car, an old volkswagon van, and they kept putting "move it or lose it" towing stickers on it. These were huge, and were hard to take off the window. Horrible management, they don't take care of the good tenants. I'm at Autumn Ridge apts now, much better, and cheaper.
