I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR THREE YEARS AND BELIEVE ME THIS PLACE ISNT WORTH THE STRESS. NOTHING WORKS, EVERYTHING THAT DOES WORK IS FALLING APART, THE MANAGMENT IS NICE WHEN YOU FIRST MOVE IN BUT AFTER YOU'LL BE LUCKY IF YOU CAN GET THEM TO GIVE YOU A NICE HELLO. MY CAR HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO TWICE IN THE LAST YEAR BECAUSE THEY ARE STARTING TO RENT TO SOME BAD PEOPLE. THEY SAY THERE IS SECURITY BUT NO ONE HAS EVER SEEN IT. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT THEY CHARGE GO UP THE HILL A LITTLE MORE AND YOU WILL FIND NICE NEW APARTMENTS IN ROSEVILLE. DONT MOVE HERE OTHER WISE YOU WILL BE HERE ONE DAY WRITING TO OTHER PEOPLE TELLING THEM NOT TO MOVE HERE.!
