Living here is like living in a college dorm...loud parties all the time...including Christmas. I mean, what's Christmas without drunks screaming obscenities in the parking lot until the early morning hours' Screeching tires and car stereos with the bass turned up, from dawn to dusk. You can't even watch your own TV at a reasonable level because at least one neighbor will be treating everyone to their music. I laugh everytime I turn into the complex and see the big sign saying "luxury apartments." I guess it could be true if your expectations are extremely low. My advice: Keep looking...try Roseville.
