I'm right there with the other people. For how much the rent is, this place is a joke. The gates are always wide open, and if you forget your gate key, you have to scroll through a system that is antiquated and takes FOREVER. The spas are always lukewarm, the washer and dryer in our apartment don't wash or dry right. We asked the maint. guy to fix it, and he jiggled the hose and said it was fixed. The rent is $920 a month, and tack on another $120 for SMUD because the appliances are old as dirt and broken. Overall, you're not getting what you pay for.
