This place isn't as bad as some people make it out to be. But then again...im sure every unit is different. Our unit was clean and working properly the day we moved in. About the security man....i see him all the time when i walk out to my car! And the only problem i have had with the gate not working is when some kids jammed wood in the wheels and was stuck. I'm located near the park area and in back of the club, the loud music doesn't bother me at all...half the time i don't even hear it!! My neighbors are friendly and never loud, i feel safe living here. Of course when my lease is up, i will be moving into a condo instead of an apartment. Would i recomend a friend or family member to live here'' It depends...it depends on the unit. Like I said, ours was clean but others were infested with bugs and mold. So its a 50/50.
