I have lived here two years and my lease is ending soon. We love the apartment (not newly remodled) but need to move due to location. My husband wants out of here cause I make him deal with the manager. No one has any answers and must refer us back to the manager who is VERY rude and acts like she is doing us a favor by talking to us. Anytime we have asked questions- such as why is there a notice on our car saying it's going to be towed' What is our new lease going to bill... no answers. We have to call constantly to get an answer or service.

This would be top place to live if the manager were fired and a competant staff were hired. (Maintenance is okay).

I've had no break-in's with car or apt. No problem with police.

the real funny thing is is how much everyone including you complain about the manager or about managment but yet after a paragraph of whining about actually having making your husband go all the way up to the office because you are to lazy yourself and how they just don't do anything. Listen it is time for alice to come back from wonderland this is the real world and I'm sorry but how hard was it to walk to the office. step 1. you get off your butt. step 2. you open the door. step. 3. you walk what a whole maximum of 700 feet to the office. that is why god gave you feet to walk. then after you sat and complained more than my 4 year old son does you still recommended the complex. you truely are a DEE DEE DEE

step 4. since you work in the office ( I am assuming since no one else has reason to be so offended and would know the distance from the office ) why don't you share your thoughts on a 30 day notice for these redidents or maybe a two week to your employer if you don't like your job. Looking to rent from you guys but not after your professional response............
