I haven't had a lot of the problems mentioned below. There are issues, as I've had at every apartment complex I've lived in, but this one isn't so bad.
I've never had my car broken into. I haven't seen "gangster" kids wandering around the complex.
The only problem we did have was some obnoxious white trash neighbors who have since moved.
Management has always been courteous and responsive. There is one person at the office (I won't mention any names) who is less than friendly, but not to the point where I would consider it an issue.
There have been some parking issues. The spaces are small and the people with SUV's take up two spots all the time.
But, for the most part, it's quiet, the landscaping is nice, and we haven't had a whole lot of problems.
I would consider renewing my lease. Unless, of course, we get some new white trash neighbors.

You are lucky that you've only had dealings with one "less than friendly" office worker. I've found that they're fairly decent unless they have to actually stand up from their desks and do something. They would move the earth for a "potential client" but for a resident? Not so much.

you must live in the back of the complex because all the "gangster kids" come from carlteton and over by the side entrance of the 7440 club, that must be why you can't see the so called gangsters and every once in a while a car does get broken into I don't know who is doing it but most likely they probably live here.

I used to live there and I lived right near the basketball hoop area...not only is it very noisy because of the kids but there ARE the low income kids from next door. A couple of them have fought outside and It got loud and I had to call the security. I didn't feel too safe when my mom would come to visit me and she would have to walk out to her car alone with those gangster looking kids out there...I had to start walking her to her car because I thought it wasn't safe...Im glad I moved out of there
