Well, went to look at the apartments. Not to bad as far as looks. But, they will gladly take your money even if they know you will not be approved to live there. I told them upfront that we had horrible credit (at this time) but our rental history was great. Comment was, well, we know you still need a place to live. We were told it was all good, just waiting for your current landlord to fax me back some paperwork. Manager still has yet to contact us in regards to telling us we have been turned down. Recieved a call on my caller id, called them back 4-5 times that day, she had just stepped out of the office or was currently unavailable, I don't remember the rest. So, we finally got one of the office staff to dish out the problem. We were refused because of credit, exactly what I told them was the problem...So, they gladly took our money for the credit application, and a deposit. If I was waiting on the manager, I would still be getting ready to move in on the 1st of Feb. But, I still have to get my deposit back from them. So, just know if you are planning on checking out this community, make sure you have good credit and don't take them at there word, because you may find out it's not true.
