We got a deal, $40 off each month. If we didn't get that deal, forget it! The grounds generally are well kept and maintenance will show if you have an emergency. The patrol man doesn't answer his phone, which can be a big problem. I live near one of the dumpsters and I get really tired of having homeless people dig through the trash, I've tried calling the patrol to get them out of the dumpster but no answer. Also, every Tuesday I get woken up at 8am by the ground keepers with a leaf blower. Maintenance will show up unexpectedly, knock, and then enter if you don't answer the door within minutes. About two months ago they decided to fix a slab of cracked cement in the walkway to my apartment, they didn't give me fair warning and started jackhammering early on. Then they left a bunch of cement roped off, which was a pain in the ass since it is the only way into my apartment. They left that cement and caution tape there for five days. Meanwhile, I couldn't take my baby out for walks in his stroller and if I took him without the stroller, I had to be very careful not to trip....god forbid I was bound to a wheelchair. Recently, they lost my check for rent. The quality of tenants is horrible, half look like meth addicts, illegals who don't speak a lick of english and ghetto trash. My upstairs neighbors are constantly banging things, playing salsa music at 4am and they have a yippy little dog who barks at everyone, I've called the manager about these problems, they only called them once. I've taken to the broomstick. When we first moved in we saw that the doors were on crooked, mold was underneath the sinks, the dishwasher wasn't working, the mantle is on crooked, the hinges on the doors are half out. We tried fixing most of the problems and realized that either the ceiling or the foundation is unlevel, which explains why everything was offset. These apartments are spider infested. Literally, in two months, we found 20 spiders. Two of which were black widows and one was a very large dark brown wolf spider. They've upgraded most of the appliances, with the exception of the dryer, which overheats and won't start if you open it mid cycle. You need to dry your clothes twice. Overall, I'm not fond of these apartments. I think the parking is worth mentioning too, we told them that we had three cars altogether, they assigned us one spot. There is not enough guest parking so you can't stay out past 9pm if you want a spot. It says its a gated community but if you put in your key card, people will sneak up behind you in their cars and mooch, it will let an unlimited amount of people through, there is almost always someone sitting and waiting for you to unlock the gate, probably bar hoppers since rocky's nightclub is nextdoor; so expect to hear drunks screaming and fighting in the parking lot at 3am. Hate it here. Not worth the price. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I feel your pain. It's like a con job here. It's all very wonderful until you actually move in, then watch out.
