Substandard living conditions/Management

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
After living in this complex, I will never rent from CTL Management again. The apartments are very old and run-down. There aren't enough parking spots and for the last two weeks I lived there, one of the managers actually LET her friend use my spot, leaving me with no where to park. The management is very poor and I wouldn't suggest living at Sierra Glen.
