*infested with gangs
*your car will be trashed
*garbage everywhere
*find drug baggies in parking lot
*used condoms in parking lot
*managment dosent even walk the property
*can smell natrual gas leak by office
*people blast music all hours of night
*strong stench of pot in air
*lawns are one gigantic pile of dog/cat ----
*people steal the plates off your car
*people dump garbage/furniture here then leave *pool/hot tub is filthy when open
