There are some good things about living here, but there are also a lot of bad things.

The good is the management is very nice, and when I need maintenance work done it usually gets done within the hour that I call to request work. The price is VERY cheap, and it's located next to the freeway and shopping.

The bad, well, good luck getting a parking spot. If you only have one car, then this isn't a problem since you will get an assigned space (when we first moved in this was a problem as our neighbors thought that our spot was theirs, but this was worked out almost immediately). Sometimes people will steal your spot, but I'm sure that happens at any complex. If you have more than one car though, good luck. My boyfriend has to park his car WAAAAY in the back, if he's even lucky enough to find a spot! Also, many of our hispanic neighbors like to hang around my car and EVEN SIT ON IT. They are always parked or standing around where I park my vehicle and smoking pot. If I am home during the day at all I can hear nothing but LOUD LOUD mariachi music.

There also seems to be a little bit of mold growth inside the apartments. I think that possibly the roofing isn't done properly, when it rains there seems to be a bit of leaking in the roof corners.

And the grounds aren't the cleanest that I've seen.

So there is good and bad. It depends on what type of living you are looking for at what price. To me, the price is good enough to put up with the bad until my lease is up, at which point I'll only be moving to be closer to work.
