Don't move here!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Huge drug and gang problem. Parking a nightmare. Noisy. Many police visits for domestic fights. Grounds unkept. Older, moldy buildings. Poor upkeep. CTL Management does not care about residents nor employees.
