It's ok. It was cheap at the time, and the 2x1 was alright looking. The carpets weren't new, and there isn't any storage. I'm glad that I can tow someone's car if they're parked in my spot, (and I do it with a smile on my face, too!!!). You don't get to do that in many places. I like the front office personnel. The Resident Manager is extremely nice. I still get honked and whistled at by other residents every time I get the mail, or get out of my car, or step outside to have a cig. but at least they're aren't getting out of their cars and coming up to me, so it's not scary just annoying.
There have been a few instances where they didn't communicate with me when renovations were going to take place, (i.e-a complete water shut off in my building when I needed to get ready for work, and the trimming of whole trees right outside my bedroom window at 8am when I worked nights, not happy. But at least when they put a 24 hr notice of entry on my door, they were so quiet that if they didn't put that notice up, I would have never known! I like that part..thanks for letting me sleep!).
I wish people would stop slamming their d*mn doors at all hours of the night, but when i complained to the office they sent out a notice to the residents of my building (thanks!!). Other than that, if you have a problem with your apt, the maint. dept. is always there. (that's very important to me). Most of the residents disgust me, but at least I like the Management company...

So, there is good shtuff and bad shtuff. All in all, if I have a problem with my apartment or with a resident, the front office staff is quick to take care of it. It's all about how YOU as a RESIDENT approach the staff. If you have a nasty attitude, they probably aren't going to help you..ever think about that''''' I'll be honest, when someone is flat-out rude and disrespectful, I find it difficult to lend them a hand...

You must be one of the ones who cause problems around here because IF you weren't you would tell the truth. Either that or you are deaf and blind. Have you ever seen cops around here? Do you ever hear fights? People driving through here fast and loud music blarring. Any kinds of problems in your apartment? Trash all over the place? Kids running around all hours without an adult? People need to know the truth about this place.

Your right it's not all bad but, for the things that are have been told to management and there are somethings being done but, somethings seem to not matter so it is upsetting. They need some kind of security for some of the car issues and fighting. Someone said call the cops, the problem is before they get here there gone. It does seem though that things are changing so hoepfully soon it will be a good place to live. And not all aparments are like this, it's the area. I have lived in many all over and this one has been the worst for me but, if we all work together, management included, we can make this a good place to live.

Umm..I DO NOT cause problems. I pay my rent on time. Don't have people over..at all due to my work schedule. AND I am even courteous to people passing by. It's an apartment complex. You're going to have problems. After being here for over a year, I can EASILY ignore the cars "driving fast" "loud music blarring." What are you going to do? It's not like management can just NOT let people live here because they don't think they'd be good tenants; ever heard of the "FAIR HOUSING LAW?" If you can make three times the rent, have alright credit, and some rental history, you're in. And most of the time I see the cops around the other two apartment complexes, and if they want to roll through Sierra Glen just to make sure everything is alright, I WOULD LOVE THEM TO! If you hate it so much then leave or break your lease. Bringing negativity to the table does nothing to help the situation.
