Reading the reviews, it looks like management must pick and choose what residents they will accommodate, because they sure didn't ever help me when I had a problem!

IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHECKING MEGAN'S LAW BEFORE MOVING HERE, THERE ARE REGISTERED SEX OFFENDERS LIVING HERE! And watch out single women, I found out through Megan's law that there was a RAPIST living here and I recognize him as a man ALWAYS HANGING OUT AT THE MAILBOXES! Be careful!!

Car alarms are ALWAYS going off all the time as well. ANNOYING! I can't wait to move!

We were told if we want to do a lease break and leave here we will be sued for the rest of the lease. We have been fighting w management for a few months now. This is the latest thing we were told.

We were told if we do a lease break and move out of here they will sue us for the rest of our lease. We have been fighting w management for the last few months now. We have talked to them about our concerns and they don't care about us or our concerns. We are going to keep fighting though. But, what comes around goes around.

weeeell....one suggestion. all of you read your leases. The lease clearly states: in the event that you terminate your lease early, there will be a 1 month lease break fee. management may also require that you pay the remainder of your lease. so before you all complain, just realize you signed the papers. and just so you know, management will not "sue" you for the remainder of your lease. reason is, if they do that they will not be able to rent your apartment until your lease is up, so it would be useless to sue you for the money as we would not see the money for awhile most likely, and we would have an empty apartment sitting. so suggestion, read your leases before you complain
