I have lived here for 8 months and I Like living here. Obviously there are little things that I would change, but that comes with apartment living. If you want a perfect apartment good luck, you're going to pay a ton of money! I live in a one bedroom and it is very spacious and the rent is cheap!!! after I moved out of my studio apartment that I had here I worked very hard to clean it and ended up getting all but $30(which was a cost for steaming the carpets and they charge everyone for that) of it back! I haven't had a problem with noisey neighbors except one time and I called the after hours security and they came right away! Then I let the office staff know and they delt with it as well. I had an issue with my toilet when I first moved in and it was after hours so I called the pager and the maintenance guy called right back and let me know he would come by if I wanted him to but I didn't want to wait(he lived in Rancho i think), so he walked me through how to fix the problem, and the next morning he followed up with me. They just sent a notice letting everyone know that they will be re-paving the entire parking lot, re-doing the siding and the roofing as well. I think the staff at sierra glen work very hard. There aren't very many of them, but again the apartments aren't that huge, so the ratio is where it needs to be. Overall, I think These apartments are a good community to live in!
