I lived here for several years and at first it was tolerable. However, in the last year, I have had dry rot and the windows have been leaking. I am also getting black mold in the bathroom and other areas in the apartment. Porch and building lights constantly go out, leaving you in unsafe darkness. The management is completely rude and don?t respond to complaints/ requests in a timely or professional manner. They don?t handle unruly tenants in an appropriate manner or appear to care that this complex is a pit. It normally takes several trips from the maintenance team to get anything fixed. The only good thing about this place is that it?s close to other apartments, so moving to another place is convenient.
