This place sucks. When you turn on the hot water you hear a terrible screech. Same when the neighbor uses their hot water.Has leaks in apartment when raining.
Only one entrance gate is ever opened. No gym, park . All other apartments upgraded with granite counters and etc. but the ones not upgraded pay the same amount in rent.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! They allow big dogs thats the only plus.

I would have to disagree I have lived at enough places to know the difference in price and this place is the best for your dollar. As at any older building you are going to have problems but at least here they take care of you. My only concern is some of the residents!!
