Going on 4 months now we've had leaks all over the place. for over a month now everything in the master closet is all over this tiny apartment because they didn't fix the leak - week after week they do something else stupid trying to get rid of the mold smell - all to avoid replacing $100 worth of carpet. We have a baby and mold filled house for crying out loud!! Promises Promises Promises - they have a million on them. If they only kept 1% of them I'd think I died and went to paradise. And then have to get snotty when we ask that they keep appointments because one of us works night. Management had the gull to tell us we'd have to get up in the morning! Not once but twice! ARe they rude or just stupid and don't realize that if you work nights and have a baby in the house you probably don't get enough sleep as it is'' They are suppose to be adults in service oriented industry and they cover their shortcomings with insults against us. This is suppose to be our home, our sanctuary - HAH! A hell hole is what it is.
